Cycle North Carolina offers a hotel luggage service for cyclists choosing to stay in hotels. This service will transport luggage from hotel to hotel each day so there's no need to head to camp to pick up luggage.
A luggage tag will be provided in your rider packet and must be affixed on your luggage to be delivered to the appropriate hotel. A mandatory luggage form will be available to riders to complete and return to Cycle NC. This luggage form will be used to preprint your luggage tag(s).
A fee must be paid for each bag and must have an official luggage tag. Bags may not weigh more than 40lbs each.
Luggage Service Fees:
Full week luggage service: $85/bag
Daily luggage service: $15/bag/day
Instructions on where to deliver and pick up bags each day will be included in the Riders Handbook, which will be mailed out in early August.
